The lunch hour rush can make for a bit of a wait, but you'll get that anywhere in the plaza. The staff is always willing to accommodate any request within their ability. If you dine in they offer you free refills.
The service was not up to par. They were not busy, two employees were just standing and talking to each other and didn't even acknowledge us. Told me they were out of sour cream AFTER placing my order.
They have really good food
The service was absolutely horrible. They only had one person at the cashier. The service was just horrible.
Service was very poor. The manager wasn't professional and the employees didn't show respect. The last two times I have been there it's been a bad experience. Food was good though.
