Went there Saturday they did not give us our fries, green beans or side order of mash potatoes. Went back on Sunday ordered lunch told them what happened and did not even get an apology. These where carry out orders and usually eat at a Bob Evans twice a week.
One star for excellent service, one star for great parking but you get a 0 for poor quality of burger, you get a 0 for making promises of freshness when the beef is clearly stamped from a machine and 0 for diluting the Bob Evans brand. Shame. A BLT with 2 rubbery pieces of bacon? You used to put 5. I'm done, never going back after 40 years, you are losing your base. May as well change your name to "We're never gonna be as good as Bob Evans farm to table business model"
Excellent food all around. Fair prices and great service. Biscuits and Gravy are fantastic as well as the Brioche French Toast.
Went Saturday night at 9. The place was filthy from the dining area to the bathroom. The cook mocked a table that sent back their food by saying "boo-hoo my food is burnt" and could be heard clear as day from our table. All of the onions in my pot roast were completely uncooked and raw. I chose not to send it back based on the way the cook was acting.
Typically love Bob Evans for fast service and good food.... however, My experience in St Clairesville was awful. Terrible service from nobody coming to take our orders for 20 min to not checking on us for over 40 min during our very long wait for food, waiting over 1.5 hours for food, many people were getting up to leave while we waited. No explanations given as to why we were waiting until we complained. As a prior waitress, I understand being busy, but this by far was the worst experience I've had at any restaurant EVER.
