Terrible service. Had to wait over 5 minutes to be seated. The restaurant was not busy. Most of the wait staff was just standing around. After being seated when the waitress finally came over and took my order, it took over 15 minutes for my food to arrive. The waitress never once came back to refill my coffee. Would not give it any stars for rating but this system would not allow a post without entering a star rating
The food was great! Vanessa was our server. While she was brand new, with a few little hiccups, she did a great job serving my family of 5. Thank you so much for such a wonderful meal.
Our waitress tonight, Ashley, was absolutely amazing. One of the best waitresses I've ever had. She makes me wanna go back again. Food was great. All around great experience
Their service is the worst I have ever seen. Was there tonight from 5:45 to 6:00 pm and was seated after a 5 minute wait at the door and 15 minute sitting at the table and no server came to our table. Their was only 3 tables with customers seated. This was an unacceptable service from a restaurant.
This is a Denny's. The food is as you would expect at one. The staff is lack luster and I watched employees purposely avoid seating guests because they were too busy with their side conversations with kitchen staff. Management never seems to be present when I am here. On this occasion I overheard a customer negotiate a cheaper price on his food and the waiter agreed to stop the man from berate him. The customer wanted the fancy pumpkin pie pancakes for the same price as the $2 plain pancake special. Then complained they were too small for the already discounted price.
