Pretty freaking pissed about my visit. Former ULTA employee at another location, and was NOT at all impressed. I didn't get a greeting (I know a miniscule thing to complain about but the employees are literally trained to do this). I asked the only employee that would give me the time of day a question and she had to ask someone else for help. You're supposed to know the product you're selling to customers. The employee she asked to help me literally told me where to find it and that was it. She didn't explain the product or anything. It's a good thing I know about the product, because if not I would have been totally clueless. I went to let them know they were out and to see if they had any in backstock. 3 of them were standing together and completely ignored me, even after I said excuse me quite a few times. I ended up leaving without buying a thing. I will NEVER purchase from this store again. Super disappointed in the staff and their customer service.
Terrible experience. Horrible treatment by the staff. Drive the extra 20 minutes to sephora.
I will never give Ulta another dollar in my entire life. The people/staff are so rude, not helpful at all, and don't know anything about the products or store itself. 0/10 wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Erin did my hair, cut color and highlights, and did an AMAZING job!! She was easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable, then she did me up like a beauty queen. How could you not love this salon with a manager like Erin? I made an appointment for my daughter a week later and she also got a cut and highlights, and she was also extremely pleased! This Saturday is my other daughters turn. I'd definitely recommend Ulta Salon❤️
