Awful salon, terrible hair cuts, inexperienced stylists. If you can go anywhere else, do so! Will absolutely not return to Master Cuts.
There is a woman there with black hair and blonde highlights. I asked her to do a simple haircut using hair clippers. It literally took her three minutes. IT WAS TERRIBLE - an easy haircut like that and she missed several areas. I would never go back to that place. Terrible service.
I am just devastated. I have never had a good experience there but against my better judgement I decided to take my son (3yo) because I figured they couldn't screw up a simple haircut too bad. Too my surprise they did indeed give my son the worse hack job I have ever seen w uneven packes, the top is shorter that the back, they didn't even clean up the edges. I could have done a better job. Avoid this place like the plague.
