Popcorn machine is always broken when we come. I spent the money for the yearly bucket and can never get popcorn.
Stephen King's IT was released Sept. 8th, today is Sept. 23rd. The third weekend of the movie's release. I work and have football obligations for my son and this was the first weekend I was able to see it. I purchased a Groupon Deal for Fandango tickets that I intended to use for this movie. For some unknown reason, the mall cinemas isn't showing the biggest grossing movie of the month on the 3rd weekend of release. I have called AMC and the rep there said I had to contact the local manager. I called. No answer. The nearest Fandango movie theatre is in Washington, PA. So, the $7 I saved on movie tickets could possibly go into gasoline. Generally, when I decide to spend a small fortune on a movie, I go to the Highlands, but because of Fandango, I needed to go to the mall and that wouldn't be a problem except they are not showing a freaking new release!!! Mulan, Disney's LAST animated movie and from the 90s is available but not IT. Really? Big disappointment for me.
I've been reading all the negative comments here and I have to say: it's a movie theater not a spa. It's not the kind of place where you get your back and feet rubbed. If you see trash on the floor, pick it up yourself so it can make employee's job easier. This theater, like all of them, is the kind of place where you buy food, find a seat, and enjoy the film.
We love seeing movies here but your website is not working. I bet your business i s plummeting. You should make use of the marquis!
This place does not deserve even one star. The place is disgusting. We went the popcorn machine was broken. Ok not a big deal. Of course had to go to the bathroom before movies. The bathrooms were nasty. You can tell they had not been clean in at least a day. Finally get to the theater room and wow. Theater room 6 has not been cleaned in at least a few days! If not almost a week. This is not an exaggeration either. There was food under every since row of seats and not just a piece of pop corn here and there. Take Texas Roadhouse with the peanuts shell at the end of a night and that’s what you have. That sort of mess attracts rodents and bugs. That theater is a health violation all in itself.
