We picked out a beautiful two diamond necklace. Mike was very helpful and knows his business. We were so happy with the necklace went returned a week later to buy matching earrings gs. Thank you MIKE VERY HAPPY. Great jewelry at Fair prices plus great service. While we were there saw another customer getting gift excellent service. Chasti & Kat took the time to show me options and offered great suggestions. They followed the order through to the "on time completion" last week. They both took a genuine interest in my goal. Chasti even showed me how the pendant could be attached to the bouquet in case my daughter was not able to wear it on her wedding day (she provided the ribbon to do so). She also requested that I stop back after the wedding and show her a photo. Like I said.... a genuine interest!!
Chasti & Kat were AMAZING !! Both of my daughters are getting married this year - 1 in April and 1 in September. I was looking to have a pendant engraved with a personalized message. Before I found Andrews, I had stopped in 3 other jewelry stores a the Ohio Valley Mall. None of them were neither helpful nor resourceful and one simply good not be bothered.
