Very dissatisfied as a handy capped person I have asked the manager several times at Lowe's in St Clairsville to ad a few more mobility carts to there store so far they have refused to do so, therefore I very seldom shop there because they have two carts and one doesn't work most of the Time and the other one is either in use or dead the good news is I can shop at the store in Wheeling and can always find a cart because they seem to have plenty guess it reflects on the quality of management and how much they care about their customers.
Bought a new BBQ grill. New in box. It was too high to get down. The employee got it down and helped me load the box. Very customer driven sales team. One of the best Lowe's around.
