I found it to be very clean though I have now left to state. Employees were very nice.

Have been going there since it opened. Every time either the trash is full, paper towels are empty or the spray bottles are empty. Seems to get dirtier as time goes on. Bathrooms are usually gross. Machines seem like there broke forever. Most of the staff leave something to be desired.

I never have seen a place to where you have to actually go in and cancel your membership....I dont work in the area anymore and now I have to make a special trip

Plenty of equipment clean Overall a good place to work out. Pay for the whole yr in advance. It' comes out to bout $8.50 a month. Can't beat it

My friend and I called this place yesterday and they told us we can come in and get a black card membership if we were older than 16 WITH a parents consent. She explained everything about the black card membership to us and we made it very clear that we were under the age of 18. We used half a tank of gas to get here today, bringing our parents, we go in and are told we are not aloud to do this anymore and that you have to be 18 to legally tan in Ohio. This is not true because every other place I have been to will let me tan with a parents consent. Just wondering why they would mislead me and tell me that I could come all the way over here and waste a half tank of gas when we all could've been doing something else not wasting our time and money coming to this place. I talked to the manager. I am just wondering why they would let people work there when they obviously do not know what they are doing. Thanks planet fitness for wasting my gas and time!
