My fiance and I went to Levin in St. Clairsville to shop for furniture for our home we just bought. We had no clue what exactly we were searching for or what we would end up walking out with. We were very hesitant when first walking in. We had already prepared ourselves because we knew as soon as we stepped foot into the building someone would approach us offering to help, but that wasn't the case. The first 10 seconds of entering felt like 10 minutes. It was kind of awkward. There were a handful of employees sitting there on the couches starring at us. They all seemed reluctant to want to help. It seemed as if we were being "judged" at the time (idk if this was the case, maybe we were just paranoid.) We came in dressed as your average person wearing jeans and hoodies, tattoos, etc. It felt as if they thought we weren't serious buyers so why waste their time. After a few seconds of standing there someone from that same group finally approached us, his name was Michael (manager at the time.) After initially meeting the rest of our time flowed very smooth! We couldn't have asked for a better sales rep or better service. He was extremely friendly, we joked around the whole time, he created a comforting and welcoming environment for us both. He was able to provide us with information on questions asked about the products and gave advice as well. He seemed honest and genuine about our situation and showed much interest about our new home and other aspects of life. He honestly helped in every way possible. We walked out buying a new sectional, entertainment stand and living room table on top of great deals and prices. We actually had to order a table from online while in the store because they didn't have what we wanted in stock at the store. He was nice enough to call us a few days later and let us know that it arrived and the color was a little different from appearance online and if it was an issue we could switch products or come in and take a look at it. Overall it was a great experience and I'd give them 5 stars any day. Great company and great sales rep. I'd recommend anyone to go there!!!
Levin's furniture has been such a wonderful company to purchase our furniture from. We are first time home buyers and needed a lot of furniture. Levin's has been able to provide everything we could ever ask for at unbeatable prices. We worked with Michael Ruggieri and he was very helpful, he was willing to do down and answer all of our questions about products and warranties. I would recommend Levin's to all of our friends and family for future furniture purchases.
