I went to buy two new tires this morning for my car, I called before I went. I felt the price was right for what I wanted to pay, when I arrived the people behind the counter was not very customer friendly. When they totaled up the cost, all the things they added on to the job was far more than what I wanted to spend, but would have done it, if the service was decent. I left and went to another establishment. I did not feel like my business was wanted or needed at Sears, the other company treated me with respect and kindness, and the price was a little more, but the service was fantastice. I will never go back to Sears for car care. They were absolutely downright rude, and I feel my money will spend everywhere and anywhere. You lost a good customer for good!
So now new policy says you cant have your money back on anything you buy just store credit ..ie gift card ...um no ..if i am returning something i want my money back not a stupid gift card..guess i wll not be christmas shopping at sears or kmart this year to risky ..they are doing so poorly i guess the new policy is take your money and dont give it back .
