Horrible customer service. Apparently the guy working on 9/12 doesn't like to answer the phone. The first time I called he eventually answered. I lost service for about 4 seconds and he quickly hung up on me. Then I called back multiple times and he wouldn't answer. After driving 40 minutes to the store he tells me the embroidering machine is broken. I offered to leave the hats with him and pick them up later but he wouldn't take them. He also didn't know whether they could embroider the material. He tells me the girl that works the machine will be in later but when I call later, still nobody would answer the phone to tell me if they had it working. Luckily the girl working in the evening was much more helpful.
Poor customer service and now have to return to store because the clerk did not take off the security tags. Will go elsewhere in the future.
Guy hooked me up with a hat that actually fits, also added his stitching he created. He is also a sheriff's deputy. Very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place and this dude.
