Excellent manager and staff, great service, better prices and better staff than the Wheeling location. We booked a one month rental here after our reservation was cancelled at the Wheeling Enterprise and got a better rate by almost $100!
The attention is terrible, in addition to racist there is tremendous lack of courtesy, or think that the customer has the race, for the next time I have to rent a car, something I do every month, I prefer to move to the nearest town before doing so there. Do not make plans with them that you can break the holidays .... TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE MORE ONCE, AND IN REALITY NO MATTER I CARE MY PROBLEM, THE MESSAGE WAS WELL CLEAR ... RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEM AS YOU CAN

It's the worst place I've ever seen to rent a car, the manager is a racist ally if the older lady who does it there, make america great again, I had already spent in that place before but pence that a bad day could have anyone, But today it proves that it is not so, they have bad days always. I went to pick up the rental car for which I had booked in advance and what a surprise, for the damn LATINO there was no car available. You have to have an online page to rent if you do not actually comply with it. My suggestion to new clients, do not make plans with them that you can break the holidays.Hertz is around the corner and many other companies willing to provide a better service
