My experience at this bank was always awesome. The staff always greeted me with a smile and were always helpful to my banking needs.
They have horrible service and never enough staff working. They never answer the phone, I've called for 2 hours straight since they opened at 10am and still haven't gotten a response. I think its time to switch to a different bank!
Pathetic customer service. Called the main head quarters and the customer service last sucked. Trying to get info on my account and she kept telling me she couldn't give it to me. Closing my account and going elsewhere. Stop hiring people outta McDonald's to work with people's money. Ughhh.
